Death can lead to trauma situations that are extremely difficult to cope with – visually, emotionally and for our sense of smell.

Blood and other fluids spilled from a dead body, even in natural deaths, give off a putrid offensive odour. These odours are caused by bacteria. Anyone entering a trauma scene where a body has been found needs to be equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE).
Most hard surfaces can be cleaned and disinfected. But soft, fibrous or porous items, such as clothing, furniture, curtains and carpets, may need to be disposed of correctly.

Once the infectious pathogens have been eradicated we will take immediate steps to return the residence or business to its original state. This can include, but is not limited to, the repair or replacement of doors, windows, screens, locks, permanent fixtures, and floor and wall coverings.
